What is the Anatex.com return policy?
If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused Anatex item(s) in its original packaging for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect order or damage. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time.
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-999-9599 to arrange for repair, replacement, or return.
What is Anatex’ product warranty?
We have a 90 day warranty for manufacturer’s defects. We are not responsible for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Do you sell replacement parts or pieces?
Please contact Customer Care through the contact form on the Help page or via email at email@example.com to inquire about purchasing replacement parts or pieces.
How do I return merchandise I purchased from Anatex.com?
Please contact the Anatex Customer Care team using the form on our Help page or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
How long will it take to my process my refund?
Refunds will be issued within one week after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
