- Shipping varies on the weight of the product. We drop ship our products through UPS. We usually process and ship within 5 working days. We do our best to be as prompt as possible, so that you can receive your products as soon as possible.
- Privacy & Security
- We keep your account 100% secure within our systems. We do not distribute/abuse any of the information you provide us with. If you wish at anytime to be taken off of our customer list, feel free to contact us and we will do so.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are a vendor/retailer, we will provide store credit for any damaged goods delivered to you, and you may return it at no charge to you. For customers who purchase our products through third-party vendors, please contact them for information on their return/replacement policy.

- Viewing Orders
- When you order you will receive a UPS tracking number. You can use this on the UPS site to see where you order is.
- Updating Account Information
- If you wish to change account information simply call or email us.
